Update 2023-08-18

Changes:

• Added a "Sync Playback" option to the animation menu
  • This ensures that all animations are started and progressed in sync with the Idle animation
  • While enabled, framerate can only be set inside the Idle animation's menu
  • Animations with different lengths will still play fully, so if you want all animations to be a perfect loop together, make sure they all have a common frame count (or a common divisor for frame count)
• Added the option for a separate Blink sprite while talking
• Improved the file browser (it's now possible to change drives).
• Added an outline for the window, that's visible while the menu is open in transparent mode.
