Changes:

• Added an optional hook to allow hotkeys to continue working while the app isn't in focus
  • It's on by default, you can disable it in the Advanced menu
• Changed Hotkeys so that Ctrl, Shift and Alt can all be used (or not used) simultaneously
  • If you previously had Ctrl, Shift, or Alt in your hotkey setup, this change will break those settings, sorry. You will need to just re-record the keystrokes again and save the layer set.
