Fixes:

• Ensured that Global transforms get saved as part of a Layer Set
• Fixed a bug where motion delays would get reset to 0
• Added error messages regarding Layer Set loading, and a message to warn about failed loading of the main config.xml file.

Edit: In my haste, I made an error which would prevent the config.xml file from ever being created. I've now fixed this.
