Changes:

• A new "Restart on swap" option for talking. Restarts the talking animation when it becomes active.
  • This is different from the "Restart anims on becoming visible" option, which restarts them when the layer becomes visible
• Menu window now remembers its position and whether or not it was docked, so it restarts with the same setup you left it in.
