Sorry (?) for posting two updates in quick succession.

Changes:

• Put loading in a background thread so that the program appears much sooner if you have lots of big layers
• Rewrote the keyboard / joystick / mouse detection to avoid needing hooks! This should speed things up and avoid some bugs.

edit version 11.31:

• fixed an issue where "ignore joystick axis" still didn't allow buttons to be recorded while any axis was active

edit version 11.32: 

• Fixed an issue that would stop the program from ever loading if no layers had been created or loaded in the past... (oops!)
