Changes:

• Spout2 support! - Enable it in the advanced menu to send only the avatar layers (not the menu) to OBS. You'll need the plugin: https://github.com/Off-World-Live/obs-spout2-plugin
• "Create Minimal Layers" option - Enable this in the advanced menu to create new layers without any movement or extra sprites enabled.
• "Track Mouse" option - Enable this in a layer's "Transforms" settings to cause the layer to follow mouse movement (as usual, check the tooltips for explanation of settings).
• Version number now visible in help menu (and in a little text file in the app directory)
