Todays update brings a bunch of requested features!

Changes:

• Smooth Tint option: allows a layer to smoothly fade between the Idle and Talk tint colors, based on the talk threshold
• More Bouncing options: Bouncing now has full movement, scale and rotation controls
• Breath tint: Added an option to fade between the active sprite's Tint color and this new color, based on the breathing cycle
• Mouse Tracking now has an "Elliptical" option which limits the movement to an ellipse based on the dimensions you set
• Audio Filter has been somewhat improved (less abrupt movement when certain frequencies are cut out)

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue that would cause no audio to be processed until the audio device was re-selected (v11.51)
• Added logging, and crash dumps will now be made, if you are reporting a crash I may ask you for these.
