Hey folks! Big thanks to the community recently for providing so much valuable inspiration and feedback.

Changes:

• Added "Stretch" feature to Motion Parent physics settings (https://i.imgur.com/jh8f4kz.mp4)
  
  • It comes in two flavours: "Linear" and "Preserve Volume"
    • Linear stretches the sprite to reflect its physics movement, in the direction of movement
    • Preserve Volume does the same as Linear, but also shrinks the sprite in the opposite direction (i.e. if Linear stretches it horizontally, Preserve Volume also shrinks it vertically).
    • You can set Minimum and Maximum limits for the applied stretch scale, and set the stretch strength on the X and Y axes separately.
• Added an inheritance graph to the Motion Parent settings, for those of you with giant setups you get lost in.
  • There's a button just under the header to view it
  • When it's open, you can click a layer name to scroll to that layer and open it
  • You can have multiple graphs open at once
• Added a FPS Limit option to the advanced menu

Fixes:

• Fixed a long-standing bug in the Rotation Effect setting under Motion Parent. The problem was that the rotation would rotate in the correct direction for vertical movement, but the incorrect direction from horizontal movement. Due to the fact people have already set up Layer Sets with the old setting, this fix has the potential to break your setup. You can either try to fix it by reversing the rotation effect value on affected layers, or you can use a setting I added to the advanced menu: "Disable Rotation Effect Fix". That setting applies to each layer set separately, so new layer sets will use the new rotation effect correctly.
• Fixed an issue where two levels of invisible parent layers would stop a child layer's position from being calculated sometimes
• Fixed an issue where the larger text in the new "Contrast" theme would result in the buttons being missing from the save/load dialogs
