Hi! Just a quick update to fix some bugs and more QOL additions.

Changes:

• Putting layer colours in the various layer selection lists
  
  • If you colour your layer in the Rename menu, it will now show up in that colour when browsing the Motion Parent, Clip Layer, and States menus! I realised this would be a necessary change for anyone with giant layer sets to help them navigate more easily.
    
    
    
    
• Adding a loading message if the menu is hidden, and showing the menu if no layers exist (to avoid RahiTuber just starting as a transparent screen)
• Added more links to the Help menu and made the UI a bit nicer there

Bugfixes:

• Fixing a bug which blocked all websocket queries if an incorrect state ID was supplied
• Fixing a bug which would ignore the last directory in the path when editing the name of a new file
• Fixing a delay in opening the main window
