Hello!

I was able to fix the two known issues on the previous build, and I think things should be back to normal. 

I have had a few reports of RahiTuber crashing when using the "Control states via HTTP" feature, but I can't reproduce this crash myself. This makes it very hard to find the cause! I would like to ask anyone seeing that crash to try downloading the latest update from this website, rather than the itch app. I have some suspicions that it might be somehow corrupting the projects...?

Anyway, fixes:

• Fixed an issue where having no sprites loaded in the "Talk" and "Blink" slots would still allow the layer to "blink" to an invisible sprite if the option was enabled.
• Fixed some cases where a texture could get unloaded even if the setting in the advanced menu was disabled.
