Changes:

• Added a "Weight Direction" setting when ignoring pivots.
  • This one requires a bit of explanation.
    When using Physics settings on the Motion Inherit feature, the Rotation Effect and Stretch features calculate the movement direction by using the Layer's Pivot Point to decide which part of the layer is "heaviest". That is to say, when the layer is moved, we want the heaviest part of the layer to look like it's dragging behind. Here's a diagram:
    
    
    
    When the "Ignore Pivots" option is enabled, it used to simply assume that the Weight Direction was downward. That meant that the object would always behave as described in the first diagram.
    This update lets you choose the weight direction with a handy little grid:
    
    
    This gives you much more control over how the Layer reacts to inherited movement.
• Added a "Bounce Once" mode to Individual Motion > Talking, to allow users to more closely imitate any previous setups they might have had in a certain other pngtuber program ;)
• Added a "Smooth Input" option to Layers, just below "Talk Threshold".
  • This allows you to control each Layer's response to the input audio separately. When turned on, you can set how much smoothing is applied to the audio input for that layer, allowing your layer to glide smoothly over the peaks and dips in your audio, giving a calmer, more relaxed appearance.
• Made Physics movement much more consistent for higher frame rates.
  • The baseline I used is 60 FPS (This is to keep the current expected appearance for the majority of users, assuming that most users run the application with VSync on or capped to 60). Anything slower than 60 FPS will still appear slower to move, but higher frame rates will now behave much more consistently to the look of 60 FPS.
• Switched to a new method of keyboard detection, meaning that more keys are available to use! Particularly F15 - F24, and some media keys.
• Added a new "Clip to Backdrop" blend mode
  • This lets you clip a layer to the transparency of everything underneath it. In order for this to work, you should also disable the new option in the advanced menu: "Composite onto Background".

• Fixing some issues with the file browser
• Fixing a bug where mouse buttons couldn't trigger states
• Fixing a bug where mouse button would never be unset if used on a state
• Fixing an issue where the log would not clear.
• Fixing an issue where triggering a state during layer loading would cause a crash.
• Fixing an issue where some filesystem operations would crash the program
• Adding checks around layer loading to avoid crashes from loading, saving, or adding layers while a layerset is being loaded
• Delaying the monitor-scaling adjustment until the window drag is released, to avoid a glitch at the monitor boundary
